Certain nutrients and food groups have been shown to either promote or discourage pregnancy. A women’s nutritional intake may ultimately affect fertility; ovulation in particular. Studies in the US and Europe show 1 in 6 couples will face challenges. The most common (18-30%) of these issues stem from ovulatory problems.
While lifestyle factors such as smoking and trans-fats may have the most significant impact on ovulation infertility, there are several studies with nutrients showing positive results on ovlulation and increasing chances of conception.

- Contains Choline & Inositol. Inositol has been shown in small pilot studies to increase both the % of fertility, and a higher % of maintaining pregnancy beyond 3 months.
