VITAMIN
D & C
Researchers
at Tuft University Medical School have found a correlation
that diets which include adequate amounts of vitamin
D and C, seem to retard osteoarthritis of the knee.

symptoms, vitamin D and C appear to restrain the process
itself. (McAlindon, 1996) NFM's Nutrition Science
